In Kenya, statutory audits related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) are mandated by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2007, and its associated regulations. These audits are crucial for ensuring workplaces adhere to safety standards and regulations, aiming to prevent accidents, injuries, and illnesses. The Directorate of Occupational Safety and Health Services (DOSHS) oversees these audits, and they are conducted by approved Safety and Health Advisors.
